Much of the cocoa we use comes from our Sustainable Cocoa Farming Program, which provides us with cocoa from Ecuador (fine flavor and aromatic) and from the Ivory Coast (intense and earthy), for chocolate with inimitable flavor nuances. And what is more, we support the workers' families with special schemes and protect the environment and its resources.
As part of our Italian Hazelnut Orchards project, we grow the hazelnuts on our two estates in Tuscany, and we also work with farmers in five other regions in Italy. Then we delicately toast them in-house, up here in the Alps, to bring out all their inimitable aroma.
